TERMS OF USE
This End-User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and someka.net that covers all Google Sheets templates, spreadsheets or software built by Templatesheet.
LICENSING
By downloading, copying, accessing or otherwise using any of our templates, you agree to abide by the following terms:
- You may NOT sell, resell, license, rent, lease, lend or otherwise transfer for value without written permission of Templatesheet.com
- User has the full responsibility using the calculation/algorithm results provided within templates. In no event shall Templatesheet.combe liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of profits or interruption of business.
- You may NOT distribute, publish to an online gallery, host on a website, or place on any server in a way that makes it available to the general public.
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
All title and copyrights in and to the Template, and any copies of the Template, are owned by templatesheet.com. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by templatesheet.com.
Use of any Template for any purpose other than expressly permitted in this EULA is prohibited, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.
CUSTOMIZATIONS
All templates and other downloadable products in the site are provided “as is”. Any feedbacks for improving the products are greatly appreciated. However, this does NOT guarantee of any modifications. If you need any further customizations you can refer to emailto:templatesheet.com@gmail.com
PRICING POLICY
Templatesheet.com does offer both free and premium templates. For premium products, prices can change from time to time with completely under our own initiative. New prices become valid after the change and we do not provide any returns or extra charges for prior purchases due to price change.
Templatesheet.com have templates are also being sold on other platforms and marketplaces on web. Even though we try hard to keep all prices the same, we do not guarantee that price for a product will be the same across all platforms.
PRIVACY POLICY
We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
Payments: We use https protocol for our website and all requests are secured by 128-bit SSL Certificate. We do not process payments or store personal credit card information on our website.
Emails: For our digital products, we send download links to users’ email addresses. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties these email addresses. Users can unsubscribe anytime in order not to receive any more emails from Templatesheet.com.
Advertising: We do not use any advertising service on our website.
